The International Centers for Precision Oncology Foundation (ICPO) is a non-profit organization established in 2019 under German law by leading international medical practitioners and life sciences entrepreneurs. Its office is located in Wiesbaden, Germany. Cancer is one of the most significant health challenges of our time, and patients worldwide need more effective treatments. Recognizing a paradigm shift in cancer care to a personalized approach, the ICPO Foundation´s vision is to scale patient access to Radiomolecular Precision Oncology - also known as Theranostics – building a future where all patients in need can benefit from this innovative, highly targeted therapy with low side effects, improved efficacy and better patient outcomes.

Together with partners worldwide, the ICPO Foundation is on a mission to establish an international network of certified ICPO Centers of Excellence by sharing knowledge and standards in Theranostics. Aiming at sustainable patient access growth at each center, the ICPO Foundation has developed the ICPO Academy for Theranostics, a world-class online education platform dedicated to healthcare professionals active in Theranostics. Moreover, the ICPO Foundation supports young talents via research grants and nurtures a strong collaborative community, also by organizing its own virtual and in-person Events– advancing the field of Theranostics and listening to the patient voice.

With the aspiration of reaching 1 million patients treated worldwide with high standards of care, ICPO has developed a unique strategy that takes into account regional and national realities and the different maturity levels of Theranostics centers. This approach is reinforced through strong partnerships with leading medical societies and scientific experts, non-profits, patient associations, governmental institutions and industry players.
