For many people diagnosed with advanced cancer, survival is measured in months or years. For Josh Mailman, 17 years have become a remarkable patient journey.

Diagnosed in 2007 with a metastatic neuroendocrine tumor (NET), Josh faced a rare and challenging disease.

Today, he continues to live an active life as a dedicated patient advocate, raising awareness of neuroendocrine tumors and promoting the importance of scaling patient access to Theranostics worldwide. As a co-founder of the Neuroendocrine Cancer Foundation, Josh reflects on the importance of continued investment in research and patient-centered innovation to improve outcomes for cancer patients worldwide.
