Professor Werner is acting as Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine at the University Hospital of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (Germany). His research focus on theranostics for solid tumors and hematological malignancies. Scientific contribution to the field included introduction of interpretive standardized framework systems for theranostics radiotracers and evaluation of chemokine receptor targeted imaging and therapy for lymphoma.
